Flexible coaching pathways to bridge the gap between training and delivery
Effective trainee coaching is crucial for timely project completion, maximised ROI, and overall success. While trainees may know the tools and techniques from the classroom, applying them to real business issues can sometimes be challenging.
Spire View offers three flexible coaching approaches, used independently or together, depending on staff location, availability, and project stage.
Our coaching options:
On-site
Face-to-face coaching with 60-minute reviews, providing individual guidance, detailed notes, and updated project trackers.
Remote
Email and phone support for dispersed or advanced trainees, with 30–60-minute reviews and documentation.
Project-based
Hands-on coaching where trainees work alongside coaches, learning through active application.
