A message from the Founder

My passion for Operational Excellence and staff development comes directly from my own journey. I’ve been fortunate to receive opportunities that shaped a career I find both fulfilling and meaningful.

My goal now is to share that experience so organisations and individuals can reach their full potential.

My career began as an electrical engineer, where I was selected to work in one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world. Although I was unsure at first, encouragement from family and friends pushed me forward—and that decision opened every door that followed.

My next move brought me closer to home, where I continued to build on my engineering experience while developing new skills. With a young family, it also prompted me to think seriously about my future.

Feeling ready for change, I transitioned into a technical publication’s role. Within two years, I transformed the department from being paper-based and outsourced, to a fully interactive, in-house digital function. What I didn’t realise was that this work had caught the attention of leadership.

In 1997 I was selected to attend Lean Six Sigma training with Mikel Harry’s Six Sigma Academy—an unexpected and intimidating shift into a Black Belt role. During this period, I was also asked to lead all Kaizen events under the tutorship of Japanese Lean consultants. These experiences sparked my lifelong commitment and passion for Continuous Improvement.

From there, I led all improvement initiatives at my facility and certified as a Master Black Belt in 2001. I then moved into global consulting, working across most sectors and continents. After 13 years, I took the leap and founded my own Lean Six Sigma training and consulting business.

Life is all about taking opportunities when they arise and sharing knowledge. One quote captures my ambition for a career that I am so grateful for:

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 28 years of global experience, I have trained, coached, and delivered the full Lean Six Sigma portfolio across both Private and Public sectors. My career spans Transactional, Operational, GMP, Regulatory, and Logistics environments where I have served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Continuous Improvement Manager and Management Consultant.

I specialise in knowledge transfer, enabling organisations to unlock untapped potential and achieve measurable performance improvements. Central to this is building supportive cultures that sustain long-term change. I work closely with clients to shape these environments, tailoring services to align with business needs and objectives.

My approach is practical, people-first, and results-driven. Real change, in my experience, comes from empowering individuals while ensuring their efforts align with organisational goals. I am skilled at building trust quickly—from front line teams to C-suite executives—which accelerates the delivery of meaningful lasting change.

The most successful change programmes emphasise customer value, process discipline, data-driven decision-making, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
